StartupMatrix is a process improvement software tool, which may be profitably applied to:

StartupMatrix was initially developed for Shell, in cooperation with Upstream Management, a process consulting company. StartupMatrix was developed to improve the highly critical start-up process for the Draugen oil production platform.
